Public introduction to the permanent exhibition (in German) The permanent exhibition of the Jewish Museum focuses on the Jewish history of Hohenems. It presents an exemplary history of the European Diaspora, which is characterized by migration and cross-border networks. It puts the people in the foreground – their experiences and contradictions, their life plans and breaks. A wide variety of personalities draw their circles: Factory owners, innkeepers, scholars, musicians and peddlers. A half-hour introductory lecture to the museum’s permanent exhibition. Afterwards, the exhibition is open for you to visit. |
