The permanent exhibition of the Jewish Museum focuses on the Jewish history of Hohenems. It presents an exemplary history of the European Diaspora, which is characterized by migration and cross-border networks. It puts the people in the foreground – their experiences and contradictions, their life plans and breaks. A wide variety of personalities draw their circles: Factory owners, innkeepers, scholars, musicians and peddlers. A half-hour introductory lecture to the museum’s permanent exhibition. Afterwards, the exhibition is open for you to visit.
