The Jewish Museum Hohenems is located in the center of Hohenems, easily accessible by train or bus. It is a 10-minute walk from Hohenems railroad station. The museum has no parking spaces for cars, but there are public parking lots nearby. Bicycle parking is available directly in front of the building.

Opening hours
Tuesday to Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm

Admission
Admission costs 9 euros.
Admission for children and young people up to the age of 19 is free.
Admission for people with disabilities is 6 euros.
Admission is free for those accompanied by an assistant.

Our house
Unfortunately, the museum in its listed historic building is not accessible for the disabled and does not have an elevator. A staircase with 11 steps (with railings) leads to the main entrance. The rear entrance can be reached via a cobblestone path. From there, 5 steps lead to the first floor, where the reception and café are located.
A staircase with 14 steps leads to the basement, where the special exhibition can be viewed. The permanent exhibition is located on the second floor (22 steps) and on the top floor of the building (another 22 steps), both exhibitions are only accessible via stairs.

Wheelchair and seating facilities
There are seating facilities on all floors of the building. Visiting with a wheelchair: Please contact us before your visit to discuss the possibilities.

Inclusive guided tours
On request, our guided tours and our program are also accessible in easy language.

Dogs
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are allowed in the Jewish Museum Hohenems. All other dogs must stay outside.

Checkroom and WC
The checkroom and toilets are located on the first floor. There are lockable lockers for bags and personal belongings in the checkroom. There is no barrier-free toilet. There are changing tables for babies – in both toilets.
